The Govt. of India and all State Governments, including AP. State Govt. have seriously considered the increasing unemployment and dropouts problem particularly at Intermediate level, and decided to find a radical solution to these acute problems. The Governments have reached a stage where they are finding it difficult to provide the employment. The solution is VOCATIONAL EDUCATION.
Hence, 'VOCATIONAL EDUCATION' has become the NEED OF THE HOUR. This is also a GLOBAL PHENOMENON TODAY.
In fact, the developed countries have already adapted it and shown a path to the developing countries.
Vocational Education not only finds a solution to the increasing dropouts and unemployment problem, but, also finds a solution to an acute problem of heavy shortage of qualified, knowledgeable and technical personnel in the country, including rural India.
Vocational Education opens new avenues to
MORE and MORE JOBS
MORE SELF-EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES.
Hence, Board of Intermediate Education A.P. and State Institute of Vocational Education AP., are putting all efforts to promote the Vocational education and slowly wean away the students from Conventional Education and take up Vocational Education.
